I AND NORTHWESTERN AGREE ON CANDIDATE CHOICES FOR TUESDAY APRIL 3

It does not happen often but I and the Northwestern editorial board totally agree on who to vote for on Tuesday April 3. I voted for Bain, King, and Palmeri in the primary and I will be doing the same on Tuesday.

Those of you who decided to take part in my City Council poll also agree for the top three vote getter's in the polls are Bain,Palmeri and King. Not only do I and the Northwestern editorial staff agree on the choices for city council but also agree on what those three are best choices this year for city council.

We need energized city council members who make the city administration accountable, who will asks questions to make sure information is shared between administration and council and city administration and the public. Bryan Bain is emerging as a council member who listens, questions, and when need willing to change his mind when he finds that information presented to him does not warrant the action the city staff wants. I look forward to Bryan Bain emerging more and more as leader on the council and working with Tony Palmeri for more accountability and information coming from the city administration.

I also agree with choices of Frank Tower for mayor ( wish one of the candidates running for city council were running for mayor) and Karen Bowen for school board.
