WATCH REPLAY OF 7/10/2007 COUNTY BOARD MEETING AND GREAT JOB JEF HALL

In my last post I stated how I disagreed with Supervisor Jef Hall. I now encourage everyone to watch the replay of the Special Orders meeting of the Winnebago County Board of July 10,2007.

I want everyone to especially watch that part of the meeting where Sheriff Brooks gave a presentation on the future of Huber facility and possible expansion of the current county jail. During the presentation Supervisor Hall asked a very good question of the Sheriff. he asked " If it costs less to do nothing than why should expand the current facility or renovate the Huber facility." I believe he asked this question because I believe the Sheriff wants to expand the current facility.
