ON personal note can someone explain to me why the city is turning to an outside non-profit organization that does housing. When there 2-3 good ones already here in the city who could do the program/service at a lower cost ?

Meaning why give a grant of $100,000 to Neighborhood Works when ADVOCAP or the Oshkosh Housing Authority could do what is asked and at a lower cost???

I like to hear from you ? And the city council needs to hear from you.
