A NOTICE OF A IMPORTANT MEETING : Long Term Care Reform: Plans, Implications and Impacts for Winnebago County and Residents

The Winnebago County Board at its April Meeting will be deciding on if it should change the way it delivers services in the Long Term Support Division of the Winnebago County Human Services.

The County Board will be considering a resolution on should Winnebago County join two other counties in forming a long term care district that will give over total control of the implementation of Long Term Support Services (individuals who are developing disabled or elderly who qualify for service). More on this topic later.

But I am writing to inform everyone that is informational meeting that is being organized by ARC of Winnebago County and CP of Mideast Wisconsin.
